Overview
I built and operate a personal system that takes music, product images, and brand concepts and semi-automatically completes videos and visuals. One music video is finished with about three person-days of actual work. The same system can be applied to projects beyond music.

- Video production combining AI image and video generation
- Automatic export of editable project files compatible with Adobe Premiere
- Shopify EC setup with Japanese–English multilingual support and sales to six markets
- Designing worlds and stories from songs, products, and brand concepts
制作の進め方 / Workflow
Rather than “leaving it to AI,” I use AI to structure decision-making.
Why that color, why that composition — every choice has a verbal rationale.
It makes agreement with clients easier and clarifies the starting point for revisions.
The same system can be adapted to other songs or products.
Behind this approach is experience in AI projects in the medical field.
I bring the same way of thinking—focused on explainability, safety, and practical constraints—from that environment into creative AI work.
