All products are printed on demand by our partner CatPrint (USA). Production typically takes 2-5 business days, and shipping varies by destination:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- European Union: 7-14 business days
- Japan: 7-14 business days
- Other countries: 10-21 business days
Returns
Because each card is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos:
